In continuation to the Directorate of Health Services, Andaman and Nicobar Administration vacancy notification dated 16/12/2015, 14.09.2018, 20.09.2018, 21.01.2019 and 21.06.2019, online applications are invited from eligible candidates for the following posts under the A & N Health Department/Andaman Aadim Janjati Vikas Samiti (AAJVS). The list of candidates who have applied against the above vacancy notice and have been shortlisted as eligible to appear for the written examination is attached. The candidates have been shortlisted based on preliminary scrutiny only and the selection of candidates shall be subject to the result of Computer Test and final verification of documents related to the essential educational qualification, age limit and category.

> Qualification -

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for recruitment by Computer Based Test to the following category of posts under the Directorate of Health Services, A &N Administration.

a) Category of Post: Group B Non -Gazetted

b) Number of Vacancies: Total 105 (UR-55, OBC-39, EWS-11, (PH-02)

c) Pay Scale: Level 7-Rs 44900 to Rs 142400

Essential Qualifications :

- Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (12 sStd.) passed from a recognised Board/University/Institute. 

- Diploma in General Nursing/ BSc Nursing from a recognized institution/college Should be registered with the Nursing Council.

> Experience :-

• Degree in Medical and Surgical Nursing/Midwifery from a recognized school of nursing/college

- Two years experience.

> AGE LIMIT - 18 -30 yrs

Age Limit: 18 to 30 years (for both male and female candidates). 

The crucial date for determining the age limit shall be the closing date of receipt of application from candidates i.e, 01.06.2023. Age Relaxation shall be allowed in accordance with the instructions issued by the Govt. Of India and Andaman & Nicobar Administration from time to time.

2. The departmental candidates possessing the required qualification and eligibility may apply through online with NOC issued by the Competent Authority.

3. The candidate should submit online the latest passport size photograph of 20-50 KB size with recommended resolution of 200-230 (width x height) and specimen signature having size of 10-20 KB with recommended resolution of 140 x 60(width x height) in jpeg format. Applications with illegible/blurred signature and of photograph will be rejected summarily.

4.Date of examination/Time/issue of Hall Tickets shall be intimated later.

5. Incomplete applications in any form are liable to be rejected. No further correspondence will be entertained in this regard. No Admit Card will be issued to such candidates.

>SYLLABUS  -

A. The selection will be done on the basis of Computer Based Test.

B. The standard of questions for the Computer Based Test will be generally in conformity with the educational standards and / or minimum professional / technical qualifications prescribed for the post. 

C The Computer Based Test shall contain three parts with weightage of marks as below: ;

i Professional /technical subject related questions -80% 
ii. General awareness- 10%
ii. General Science-10%
